How Ideapad Writers works with you, what we guarantee, and what we ask of you in return.
These policies apply to proofreading, editing, referencing checks, assignment planning and coaching, draft review reports and tutoring.

What we guarantee, and what we ask of you
On-time delivery guarantee
We confirm a delivery date and time before you pay, and we meet it.
If you need to change your deadline, tell us as early as possible. Shorter deadlines may move your order into a faster delivery price.
Human, AI-free work
All proofreading, editing, feedback and tutoring is done by qualified human specialists at the right academic level. We do not use generative AI tools to write, rewrite or paraphrase your work, and we never put your documents into public AI tools.
Originality
Our edits and comments never introduce copied, recycled or unreferenced material. Your document stays your work, in your voice.
If we notice passages that look unreferenced or too close to a source, we flag them so you can cite or rewrite them yourself before submission.
Free revisions
If we miss anything that was in your original order, we fix it free of charge.
Requirements that were not in your original order, such as new sections, a different word count, a new referencing style or later tutor feedback, are treated as additional work. We quote the extra cost before starting, and nothing is charged without your agreement.
Refunds
If you cancel before work starts, if we cannot complete your order, or if we deliver more than 24 hours late.
If you cancel after work has started. We refund the value of the work not yet done.
Tell us within 14 days. We first fix the issue free of charge. If it still does not meet what was ordered, we refund up to 50% of the order price.
Cancel at least 24 hours before a session for a full refund or free rebooking.
Refunds are based on the service we deliver, not on the mark you receive. Grades depend on your own work and your university’s marking, which we cannot control.
Approved refunds are paid to your original payment method within 7 working days.
Sharing your materials
The more we know about your course, the more accurate our feedback and guidance will be. Please share everything that applies:
- The assignment brief, question and word count
- The marking criteria or rubric
- Weekly lecture slides and your class notes
- Your reading list and the sources you are using
- Your required referencing style
- Feedback from your tutor on previous or draft work
If key materials are missing and this affects the result, it will not count as a missed requirement under our free revisions policy.
Understanding your work
You stay the author of your work at all times. On request, we explain every change and comment we make, free of charge, so you know exactly why it was made.
Your tutor may ask you about your work in class, in a presentation or in a viva, so you should always be able to explain your arguments, sources and conclusions in your own words. Our tutoring sessions are designed to build exactly that confidence.
Academic integrity
Ideapad Writers supports students to improve their own work. We do not write assignments, essays or dissertations for submission, and we decline any order that asks us to.
Some universities limit what proofreaders and editors may change. Please check your university’s proofreading policy and tell us about any limits so we can follow them.
Confidentiality
Your documents, personal details and orders are kept strictly private. We never share, publish or resell your work.
