Ideapad Writers (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides academic editing, coaching and content writing services worldwide at ideapadwriters.com. This page explains what personal information we collect, why, and how we protect it.

When you submit our order/request form, we collect the information you provide, which may include your name, email address, subject/discipline, academic level, word count, deadline, referencing style, any additional notes, and any file you choose to upload (such as a draft or assignment brief).
How we use your information
We use this information only to: respond to your request, prepare a quote, communicate with you about your order, and deliver the service you requested. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
How your information is stored
Form submissions are sent to our team by email and are also kept in a secure internal message log on our website (via the Flamingo plugin) so we can find and respond to your request even if an email is missed. Uploaded files are stored securely on our web server for the purpose of completing your order.
Third parties we use
We use the following service providers to run our website and respond to you:
- Hostinger – our web hosting provider, which stores the website and its data.
- Google (Gmail / Google Workspace) – used to send and receive emails related to your request.
These providers only process your information to the extent necessary to provide their service to us, under their own privacy and security policies.
Cookies
Our website may use cookies required for basic site functionality (such as page caching, to make the site load faster). We do not currently use advertising cookies. If we add analytics or advertising tools in the future, we will update this policy accordingly.
Data retention
We keep your submitted information for as long as needed to complete your order and to respond to any follow-up questions, and then for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
Your rights
You can ask us, at any time, to: tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct any inaccurate information, or delete your information. To do this, email us at alfajar.employees@gmail.com.
Children’s privacy
Our services are intended for students and businesses and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
